trainings to help new users get up to
speed quickly and experienced users increase efficiency and
productivity. We also conduct special training programs in
various cities, so that our users get a chance to interact with
each other.

PTG’s Support center offers both voice and email-support to our
customers, to help them efficiently use our products. For voice
support you can call 0712-2550692. Our normal business hours are
Monday through Friday 10 am to 7 pm IST.
